In the unlikely event that a lower rate for one of our holiday packages / travel services is made available on a non-affiliated website (the “Lower Rate”), upon receipt of a claim that satisfies our Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions, we will honour that Lower Rate.


Sri Lanka Holidays Best Rate Policy

Before submitting the Best Rate Review below, please make sure that:

  • your claim is submitted prior to, or within 24 hours after, making a reservation through our website
  • the alternative offer with the cheaper rates is in writing and not just a link to a website. (Many Sri Lanka related websites are either not updated regularly or their rates do not include local taxes and gratitudes /supplements charged. This applies especially to offers advertised on the the major international hotel reservation portals)

Please fill out the form below and make sure to fill out all fields correctly. Uncomplete forms may be rejected! After you have submitted your Best Rate Review, you will receive an automatic email, confirmation the your claim request was received. Please reply to this email with all documents related to your claim.

Within 24 hours, after we have received your response to our claim confirmation, a Sri Lanka Holidays representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation or, if you have yet to book, we will ask you to make a new reservation on our website and to email us to advise us of the confirmation number.

Please Note:

  • Sri Lanka Holidays has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim. Sri Lanka Holidays reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.
  • The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked directly through us, and we are not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel (e.g., agent, a non-affiliated website).
  • A claim form may be rejected by Sri Lanka Holidays if it is incomplete, is submitted in an unsupported language, or concerns a website / agency that is in an unsupported language.
