In the unlikely event that a lower rate for one of our holiday packages / travel services is made available on a non-affiliated website (the “Lower Rate”), upon receipt of a claim that satisfies our Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions, we will honour that Lower Rate.

After you have submitted your Best Rate Review, you will receive an automatic email, confirmation the your claim request was received. Please reply to this email with all documents related to your claim.
Within 24 hours, after we have received your response to our claim confirmation, a Sri Lanka Holidays representative will contact you with the status of your claim. Should your claim be valid, we will update your current reservation or, if you have yet to book, we will ask you to make a new reservation on our website and to email us to advise us of the confirmation number.
