This Ayurveda River Resort is located in Aluthgama, near Beruwala in Sri Lanka and offers a wide range of luxurious and personalised treatments, services and products to promote your health and well being.
The Ayurveda Centre is situated along the Bentota River, and allows the peace and serenity of nature to combine with the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, Yoga, and vegetarian & non vegetarian meals to assist you in attaining an easeful, healthy body, useful, stress-free life and peaceful, balanced mind.
All treatments are done with professional therapists using only the highest quality organic products; supervised by chief doctor Alawattegama who an expert of Ayurvedic medicine. He also has been a Ayurvedic doctor for over 30 years.
Muthumuni Ayurveda resort is conceived to become a rendezvous for pleasure and purification. It works wonders in unwinding, while purifying a dryer body and soul in harmony with nature.
The broad, sandy, gently shelving beach has calm, warm waters on two fronts - the sea where the swimming is generally safe and deep sea fishing and diving can be arranged and the River where you may try water skiing, wind surfing or take a cooling, lazy boat ride up stream and through the mangroves.
This Ayurveda Package includes:

Chief doctors consultation
Yoga 4 times a week
Meditation in a small island conducted by a Buddhist monk twice a week
Ayurveda treatments
4 Ayurveda treatments per day according to the consultation.(Example-face, body massage, thermo massage, intensive massage, herbal bath, flower bath,etc.)
Treatments can be Shiridhara, Intensive, thermo massage, accupunture, etc…(all treatments decide by chief doctor after consultation)
Ayurveda medicine during stay.
