With plenty of free time during the day, you can explore remote beaches and lively markets, rice paddies and rubber plantations and quaint local eateries. You can bicycle or scooter along the South Coast, join a Sri Lankan cookery class or just relax on the beach and get a massage.
This retreat program is ongoing, allowing you to choose your own start date and, if you wish, extend your Yoga vacation. Everyone is welcome; the programs are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
The Yoga Master at Mangrove Villa is an unique personality who has been working as a master for the last 7 years. On request he also will teach you Yoga Therapies for specific problems like Diabetes, Stress, Back Pain etc...
